His other favorite toys in the set are the puppy teething ring and the ball. He likes, plays with, and constantly wants to explore every item in this set. I'm so glad we decided to get these toys!

Magic Lights and Sound Ball Review

Magic Lights and Sound Ball
Average Reviews:

I got this for her when she was 5 months old. She loves the lights and music. She's over 1 year now and still plays with it, carrying it around and tossing it to hear the music. The only downside is that it takes 3 LR44 batteries, which usually cost $2 each. If it used AA or AAA batteries I's give it 5 stars.

Baby Einstein Melody Makers - World Collection Lion Review

Baby Einstein Melody Makers - World Collection Lion
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this at target on clearance. I paid about $7 for it. My son liked it the moment I showed it to him. I have it hanging from his car seat. He's been able to pull it since 4 months. He tries to put the blue handle in his mouth, which causes it to activate and play the music. He stops to listen to the music. I can usually pull on the toy to get his attention and calm him down for a little bit. My husband and I know all the little melodies by heart now. It went off one time in a cracker barrel lobby and a lady walked by and heard it and thought that they make car seats that play music. They don't have those yet and this is probably why because you can clip this on and voila, a car seat that plays music. I've had this for two months and it is still in good working condition.

Octopus Chime Ball Review

Octopus Chime Ball
Average Reviews:

I thought this toy would jingle when it was knocked over and then come back up again, encouraging my daughter to reach and grab. Well, the toy doesn't jingle. The toy sounds like there is a single bell buried in the belly and you have to shake the toy very hard to hear the noise. The starfish hat doesn't squeak, and the ball doesn't come back up again. However, my daughter (now 3 months adjusted age) likes looking at the octopus face and the octopus arms are just the right size for her tiny hands to grab onto. She can pull the toy around and it is light enough for her to move easily.

I have a 6 month old who loves this ball! All the little holes make it easy for her to grip it and she loves to chew on it as well. It's holding up great with no signs of wear after a month of her chewing and throwing it around. Very easy to move from one hand to the other as well.

Follow me Fred by Tiny Love Review

We took a chance and bought this toy without any reviews, therefore knowing nothing about it. It was a good choice! We've only had it for a little over a week, but it is a popular toy with my 7 month old and even my almost 3 year old. My 7 month old loves to play with his crinkly ears! She still doesn't crawl yet, but it is perfect to help her learn. All you have to do is barely pat the dog and it moves forward. I like that it doesn't go too far to encourage the baby to go after it. It makes cute noises and plays cute songs. You can make the dog go straight or in circles by bending the accordion part of his body. You can also set it so it doesn't move. You have the option of muting it too, which is nice if you get tired of the songs and noises. This is a great "chase and crawl" toy to help babies who are learning to crawl and for those who already do crawl!

Tolo Toys Stacking Activity Shapes Review

Tolo Toys Stacking Activity Shapes

The is a good, durable toy that our 10 month old twins (boy & girl) keep coming back too. They have had this from about 7 months old and it continues to be a favorite toy. There njoyment with it is changing as the grow and I can see that it is a developmental toy.
As a stacker, they pretty much just love to knock it down right now. I has also helped our with son's crawling development...we will set it up across the room and he crawls to get to it.
The size and feel of the toy is great and this is a good learning toy as well with colors and shapes. Ther are many different versions of this type of toy out there and I am sure all are fine, but I would recomend this Tolo toy.

Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Review

Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes
Average Reviews:

I just bought this to take over for our soon-to-be adopted infant. I was very happy with the small size and weight (perfect for an infant to hold). But most of all, the sound quality is fantastic (and not too loud) - and not electronic sounding at all. And the tunes are all pleasing to the ear and not annoying kid versions. I will like listening to it as much as our son!

Penguin Race Review

Penguin Race
Average Reviews:

Great toy, but as stated, the sqeaker has to go. I did this simply by taking it apart and removing it. It's easy enough to do, just take all the screws out (all you need is a phillips screwdriver)and pull the 2 peices apart. You'll see a small clear plastic "accordian-shaped" peice at the bottom near the bottom of the stairs, it will have a black horn-shaped peice attached to it. Unhook it from the arm that connects to it (i actually unhooked the arm also so it wasn't just flopping around in there) and voila, no more squeaky penguins!
Now the stairs that take the penguins up is still a bit loud, but not nearly as annoying as *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *squeak* *sq...ok you get the idea.
