(More customer reviews)I bought this for my son who is just starting to sit up on his own for longer than 5 minutes and who likes to hit. When I put this in front of him, and the lights started flashing and the music began to play, his face turned to immediate concentration. This is the first time I've seen him look this way since he was trying to figure out his pesky hands and arms a couple of months ago. He loved it! For a parent who really loves music and wants to share that with their child, this is one of the more fun musical instrument toys out there for this age-range. I know he doesn't quite get what he's doing, but the joy on his face is enough for me!
