Shipping was fast (I got it within a week even though I live in Montreal, Canada), and it was very well packaged to avoid any damage. The hand blown glass globe is beautiful and the beams of plasma are very bright. I'm really happy I bought this !

After almost two weeks of emails asking for an RMA # so that I could return it in exchange for a new one, the company STILL has not responded. I also tried calling their 800# (during normal business hours, so there should have been a live person answering), but all I got was an automated message stating that their voice mailbox is full, so I was unable to even leave a message. This company's customer service is horrible, I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this company.
