After almost two weeks of emails asking for an RMA # so that I could return it in exchange for a new one, the company STILL has not responded. I also tried calling their 800# (during normal business hours, so there should have been a live person answering), but all I got was an automated message stating that their voice mailbox is full, so I was unable to even leave a message. This company's customer service is horrible, I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this company.
