The sword broke within 30 seconds of my daughter playing with it, and the tiara is hard to move down into the mask position (for my four year old). I found that if you squeeze the head and then push it down, it will work much better. The necklace didnt stay on at all and was lost within a few hours of play. The clothes and the tiara can be removed, but her legs are pink, not tan. And after two days of play, the dress is ripping around the shoulder!!!
On the brighter side, the clothes are very pretty and it is easy for my daughter to switch the skirt and the cape around. I also love the pink boots, which come up almost to the dolls knees. Overall, my daughter loves this doll and there is tons of room for her imagination to grow. She is already getting into the story line. She doesnt care or even notice the doll is made with cheap plastic and was fine with a tapped sword, and really, her opinion is the one that matters!!!

Playskool Step Start Walk 'n Ride - Colors May Vary Review

(More customer reviews)Let me start by saying that my 10 month old LOVES this toy. She likes both modes (walk behind and ride on) and she really likes the toys on the body. I would agree with the other reviewer who said that this is a carpet area only walker. The design of this toy is bizarre at best. In order to get the toy from ride on to walker, you have to "snap" the handle into place. This is not easy. It's not impossible, but it does take some practice and the first few times she used it I didn't get the handle secured properly. Also, this toy will tip over. My baby likes to walk to the side of both of her walkers but the other walker has a more stable base. Although I wouldn't recommend this toy as a first walker or a walker for a non-carpeted area (for that I recommend Elmo's Grow and Go Walker Mower by Fisher Price), I do like the fact that this toy has two functions.

Your average toddler isn't going to break it swinging at balls, but an adult swinging at them can, and a child swinging at something fixed could break it (if they're all as poorly made as this one was).

(More customer reviews)The bat and the ball are good quality, young children can bite the foam off pretty easily though. My biggest problem was that the advertisment is a little misleading. The picture shows three bats and balls. The description does not tell you that you are only paying for one bat and ball, and that the company picks the color for you. I was very dissappointed when I received one pink bat and ball for my three and five year old boys.
