(More customer reviews)This was my favorite toy - for about ten minutes. I got it out of the packaging, inserted batteries, and let it shock me. I was surprised by the strength of the shock. I reset it and threw it to a friend, and hot potato began. We threw it around and had some great laughs, but then a friend dropped it. I was not concerned at all, because the product description said it was durable and drop resistant due to the rubber surrounding the ball. It was dropped from standing height ONCE and is now completely broken. I tried contacting Amazon twice, and so far I have gotten no reply. I have tried replacing batteries, holding down the power button - everything. Nothing can fix this ball. :( It was a blast, but was very short lived. I ended up paying a total price of 15-$ and the shipping was prompt, but it is just not worth it for me. 2/5. :(
