- Heavier plastic top...when the wiffleballs are taken out the plastic is still a little on the heavier side for kids.
- Hard plastic barrel isn't the safest in my opinion, but it appears pretty strong.
- Have to see what the durability is over time...

The bat, tee, and ball are soft and safe for little all-stars, yet "weighty" enough for the ball to actually catch some distance. It isn't made of real high quality materials, though. So once a child gets the hang of swinging and hitting the baseball, I'd recommend packing this set away or it will begin to fall apart before another child has the chance of learning with it.
