(More customer reviews)Something with this bird never clicked with me. In my eyes, it's one of the most wacked out Pokemon designs, and that's saying a lot. But my daughter thought Chatot was cool, so I ordered her this mini plush. It's turned out to be another great release for the line since it's a good size and they didn't go overboard with the stuffing.
Chatot's one of the bigger figures in the Mini plush line, and makes me feel sorry for poor Torkoal, who's my favorite, but tiny compared to a lot of these now. Chatot has some bright colors that pop out at you, and his tail isn't just a cheap single piece of felt like Pikachu's. His head's stuffed with the usual fluff, but his body's full of the bean-type filling. He can kind of sit up on his own too, if you like to display your Pokemon.
The only thing keeping him from getting 5 stars is the eyes. They're not sewn on, and seem to be some kind of iron-on transfer. I can see these chipping away over time, especially if you have younger children that tend to throw their stuffed animals around, so watch out for those. Then again, this seems to be an unpopular plush, so getting a replacement wouldn't set you back much.
Chatot's worth your money if you happen to like the little guy, but he still looks freaky to me.
