His is 19 and took care when he tried to use them but they fell apart after 2 months of very little use. The company was completely unsympathetic I would recomend trying more expensive ones or from a different company.

Cirque Du Soleil Juggling Clubs Review

(More customer reviews)These clubs are well-balanced and seem to be the correct size and weight. They appear to be very durable because I have dropped them on hard-wood floors several times with no problems yet. However, I just can't get over the fact that I paid almost forty dollars for something that probably cost less than three dollars to manufacture. They are one-piece, white, hollow, plastic clubs. As another reviewer already mentioned, the reflective colored material is held on by what appears to be common electrical tape. The grip area of the club has some thin white tape wrapped around it to give a small amount of cushion and reduce slippage while juggling. I really don't have any issues with the quality of these clubs. If the price was cut in half, I would rate these 5 stars. You won't be disappointed with these clubs, you will simply wonder why you paid almost 40 dollars for 3 pieces of plastic with some tape wrapped around them.

(More customer reviews)Bought this for my 10-year old son who likes to juggle and spin plates. Should have been a good bang for the buck. There's a big problem with the spinning plate. It's *very* hard to spin it. My son got so frustrated with it so I bought a spinning plate and stick from Amazon seller MagicGeek Juggling Store (product was very good and seller got excellent service, see my review). At first, we thought the problem is with the short, soft plastic stick that came with it but when he tried that same stick with the new plate, all went well. We found out that the real problem is with the spinning plate. It's shape, size and quality is different from the new one which spins perfectly.
If you want to buy this, just pretend that a spinning plate is not included or else you'll get frustated too. Should have been a good buy if not for that stupid plate.

they're okay, but i definitely wouldn't recommend these starting out.. basically, they're slightly large, bald tennis balls.. so they're kinda big for juggling.. especially for a kid starting out.. plus, when you drop em they go bouncing under furniture or rolling across the room.. try cheap tennis balls if you're gonna try these.. unless of course, if you're juggling professionally, and don't drop the balls often enough to matter, in which case, i don't know why you're reading this review...

I guess that makes the juggling more challenging, but if I could go back, I would have bought juggling balls in an actual store to make sure they were what I wanted.
