(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for my 11 year old grandson. It arrived very quickly and his parents said he was thrilled when he received it. He called me to thank me and I "listened" to it operate over the phone. He has had it a few days now and is still enjoying it. I am a bit surprised. I thought it would be something he would get bored with quickly, but apparently that is not the case. He did tell me if you hold the balls too high, the strings will get tangled, however, they are not hard to untangle. So, this item is a hit with my grandson.
