Overall very satisfied w/service & happy w/quality & enjoyment of toy. Only wish they would rate the difficulty of these toys. I was looking for something to really stump the boys, ages 9 & 13. The 9 year old needed a little help w/the directions, but figured it out in about 10-15 minutes. He was thrilled, especially since I put more than a single bill in.. much more exciting than money in a card.
