My 2-year old son has only had this for a couple weeks, and it's already developed leaks in at least two of the air chambers -- it won't stay inflated for more than an hour or so. He hasn't been overly rough with it; no more than you would expect from a boy his age.
The product packaging clearly states "20 balls," but the picture makes it seem like they fill the entire floor of the car to about 4-6" high. In reality, of course, 20 balls is a measly amount and doesn't offer any real "ball pit" experience. They barely cover 1/2 of the floor in a single layer.
(All that being said, he has had a good time playing with it.)
