(More customer reviews)We bought this game because the next "level" of cranium game would be cadoo which is ages 7 &up. My daughter is 4.5 and it was fun the first 2 times we played it and then it got boring. Another reviewer had the right idea when they said to make variations up. It helps the game last much longer than if there were none. My daughter really likes the bouncy balls and the key though. Bottom line is that if your kids know their abc's and 123's then I would suggest you find another game. It's a great beginning game though!

Foxtail Sonic by Klutz Review

(More customer reviews)What sets this model apart from other Foxtails being marketed by Klutz is the whistling sound it makes as it whizzes through the air. That's fine, but the sound effects are neither so cool nor so different as to make much difference for the game itself. Whatever the model, playing with a Foxtail is loads of fun! My 8-year-old and I just spent an hour playing with it at the playground, and although both he and I are exhausted, we are looking forward to going out again later. The Foxtail is challenging to catch, but throwing it well is easier for young arms than a Frisbee or a baseball. I heartily recommend it.

Cranium Cariboo Island Review

(More customer reviews)My 2.5 year old has a wonderful time playing this in beginner mode. I also got excited watching her demonstrate how well she knew her numbers, letters, shapes and colours. The concept of the game has just the right amount of complexity to keep her (and me) interested, but is simple enough that she knows exactly how it works and it doesn't require ongoing guidance or coaching every time. I like that it has a harder level - though I expect it will have to get put away for a while to make it interesting again once her interest wanes at the easy level.
