(More customer reviews)I ordered this for my son as a potty training incentive, it arrived with a cracked bottom and is nearly impossible to open to fill with gumballs. I would like to return it but can't get the company to contact me back for return authorization. I ended up finding a metal replacement.

After reading other reviews, I didn't expect it to be very big, but it actually exceeded my expectations size-wise. The crank is pretty easy to turn, I had no problems with it. The only thing I don't like about this wonderful machine was the bottom. To get the money out, you twist a cap on the bottom. This is loose and falls off easily. It will sometimes come off if you don't mean for it to. However, it's fine if you just let the gumball machine sit on a flat surface and don't plan on picking it up a lot. Overall a great value.
