(More customer reviews)The AirZooka is a rather large toy that launches a blast of air up to 20' or so. We gave this to my son for Christmas and it turned out to be a surprise hit! The AirZooka was a little hard for my son to assemble on his own, but he was eventually able to get it.
Everyone (young and old) had a lot of fun playing with this toy and the cats soon learned to go upstairs when anyone picked it up (Note: No animals were harmed in the writing of this review :-)

(More customer reviews)The old gun shot the standard size ping pong ball which made it easy to get replacment ammo but now they have a custom smaller size ball that has to be bought through Burp Gun only. The pistol seems to shoot inconsisent at best and was somewhat of a let down for the person it was purchased for.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 4 yr old. Its a good toy. The only thing is the black rubber part on the tip of the gun falls off sometimes and it takes a little bit of work to get it back on.
Contrary to what others have said about this type of gun, it can shoot upwards. You just barely shoot the gun and get the ball to stick in the rubber part at the tip....then you can piont the gun upwards without the ball falling back.

My 3 sons received these guns as a gift about a year ago. (Ages 9, 7 and 6). They are such fun!! The kids love them and they are safe for indoor use. I think they are tons of fun too but rarely get the chance to play with them because the boys monopolize them. Every friend that comes over immediately grabs them for playing. We had the marshmellow guns, but they didn't work nearly as well. The balls do wander off only to be found weeks later in strange places... so buy a refill pack!

(More customer reviews)....it doesn't mean this is low! My boys LOVE this! As the boys get older I've had to let go of my ideal toys and give in to some harmless fun. The Airzooka is fun and harmless... well so long as nothing light and fragile is nearby!
It's a bit hard to work when you're small. You have to hold the handle and pull with the other hand - a bit tough. We've only had this for 3 days so I cannot say how long it will last. But it's FUN. Okay, so even I have gotten into blowing people around.
THE DOWNSIDE:
It's not so easy to aim, is kind of large, and is hard for smaller/weaker children and adults. It could possibly break something and if your kids are so inclined, it could be used to torture pets with bursts of air. Or maybe people... better warn Grandma and tell Grandpa to put extra paste on the toupee!
BUT if you're fully aware of the downside, I can still approve this fun thing.
