(More customer reviews)This is an inexpensive wing yo-yo. The edges are soft rubber, and the body is made of hard plastic. It is light in weight. It also comes with a mini-CDROM program (which I have not watched). Also comes with a ball that presumably attaches to the end of the string - I don't know how to use it yet, and the written instructions didn not specify how to attach the ball. Overall, it is a toy with good value.
