I was hooked on Silver Strike Bowling the first time I played it. That was about four years ago. I even tried to get (without success) a version to play at home. When I finally saw this home version available on Amazon I jumped at the chance. The game is identical to the arcade version without the monitor. The unit arrived quickly (a week before Amazon's estimated date) and was packaged well. The unit I got was shipped with one minor flaw, cables to the computer in the base were not connected. This was an easy fix and immediately solved the problem. The unit also contained only the IT Technologies instruction manual for arcade versions. I was contacted by the maker and asked about my satisfaction with the game and told I should have received the maker's instruction manual and it would be sent to me. That was two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived. However, the game plays fine without having an instruction manual. If you have played the arcade game you really don't need much help. The description says you need a TV with an S-video input. However, I have used an S-video to RCA jack video adapter and the game plays fine on my TV. The picture may not be as good (I don't know) but game play is not affected. Overall I am very satisfied with this unit.
